Rename Problem 838 to Least Not Co-prime (LNC) Problem.

Could we rename/reword problem 838 so that it is solving the Least Not Co-prime problem. We had LCM and GCD, now we also have LNC problem. It is just that the LNC is a little bit more difficult than the LCM and GCD problems.
