Icons in discussion board

What do the icons mean on the topics? I know when one is red there is something new. But some of them are shaped like light bulbs, and some of the round ones have the "text" scrolling vertically.

The light-bulb shaped icons are for "sticky" topics which always stay at the top of their forum. I think the "scrolling text" has no meaning, the forum software just puts them in if it feels like it.

- Red icons are unread items, blue/grey are read
- A star on any topic means you have posted in it
