Currently I'm thinking about the following:
Publication time will be dependant on how many problems you have solved already.
The different levels will have different publication times: the higher the level the later the moment.

Awww, had I known this earlier I would've waited with submitting my last 2 answers..

Not really, but I still think it's unfair ;-)

I can "unsolve" the last two for you, if you want.

I already waited to enter my 200th solution until the new level system was published, so I could gain an addtional level up. Seems, I should have waited a bit longer...

I don't, I just think you'd be killing the race for being first to solve a problem. That's why I suggested publishing a problem every 6 hours, that way people from every time zone have a chance to be first at at least one problem :)

What happens when you level up? :-)

But that says they'll be released on "on 5/6 September", which is 0.833333 of September, which is 8 p.m. on 31 August.
