Hello, I'm looking for some books to read in order to sharpen my math skills for solving these problems.
I think I sould look into number theory books such as "An Introduction To The Theory Of Numbers" by G.H. Hardy perhaps? Or should I focus on calculus books.
If anyone has some good recommendation I'll be happy to hear.

Hardy and Wright is the classic text. It doesn't matter that it's old, as the basics don't really change. It's pretty dense though - you have to read it slowly and carefully.
I'll add Tom Apostol "Introduction to Analytic Number Theory" to the list (it includes much non-analytic number theory as well). There's a lot of good material in there for solving Project-Euler-like problems.
If you enjoy calculus and want to improve your skills there, then by all means do so. I don't have any books to suggest though - I do not enjoy it.
Another area that's helpful for Project Euler problems is probability theory. There must be a huge number of introductions to that out there. I have Grimmett and Welsh "Probability: An Introduction", and found it helpful to get me started. There might be better. I have nothing to compare it to.
