I noticed that the font used for problems numbers on the Progress page was made much smaller than it used to be:

For me, the old bigger font is strictly superior (and I believe most people would agree with this). Can we have it back, please ?
(Maybe that's a preparation for 4-digit numbers, but we still have ~2 years before that is needed and even then, the smaller font can be used for 4-digit numbers only)

Uhhh... It's not like this website became unusable and I have no way of continuing using it. Maybe I can even inspect html and change the font myself, but even if I can, it's not convenient to do so everytime I visit this subpage and it's a clear aesthetic and convenience downgrade. It's not a high priority issue, but I presume changing it would be easy

That's exactly why I did it, but there was also an issue with some mobile devices not being able to fit a single 10x10 table across the width; the last cell was wrapping to the line below, which was very ugly. As a compromise, I've just modified the style so that the grid will appear with a slightly larger font (not as large as the previous) and larger cells. This will just accommodate 4-digit IDs, but if the width of the device falls below 500 pixels it will revert to smaller cells and a smaller font, again to accommodate 4-digit IDs in future and to avoid one grid wrapping to the line below. I realise that it's still going to be some time until we hit 4-digit problem IDs, but it is better to be prepared now rather than suddenly have to change it when we hit #1000.

It's very bothering and unpleasantly assymetric :p. And I think we all just got used to the 3 grids per row layout and don't want to see that change. (Inb4, enlarging these these grids to fill the whole horizontal space would not be a good solution too)
I understand why you want to be prepared now rather than put out a fire when the 4-digit moment happens in 2 years, but we may think that now you know what to do and there is not much reason to keep users "suffering" through these two years. I'd very much vote for just reverting back to the old version and applying the new changes back when the time comes/shortly before. But if you prefer not to do that, then please at least revert back to the second to last version, with 3 grids per row on standard resolutions
I have access to 5 various displays (my phone, my tablet, personal laptop, work laptop and work monitor) and they all share the same behavior of reducing from three grids per row to two despite having wildly different sizes/resolutions, so I don't think that is tied so much to that. In particular, I attach a screen from the work monitor of resolution 3840x2100 that should make it clear that it's not the width that is the limiting factor:
BUT, when I increase the zoom in the browser to 125%, it gets to three grids per row! But my usual zoom is 100%... Somehow PE does not want to use the whole available width and restricts itself to only a fraction of the width, which then becomes limiting
Very strange! What browser are you using? In Firefox it displayed fine at the normal zoom levels, but in Chrome it did behave differently (as you described). I have no idea why!? Anyway, I've changed it again and it seems to work consistently now in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.
