In the examples given for this problem it clearly states that d7(5) = 0.
Given: 1/5 = 0.2000... = 0.1999... Can this be explicitly mentioned in the problem statement that while decimal expansions are not unique, we prefer the decimal expansions that repeat 0 over the decimal expansions that repeat 9.
