It says "b could be 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 11, 13, 16, 18, 21, or 23"

Should say "b could be 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 11, 13, 16, 18, or 23"

because 21 can be calculated with q₁=0 and q₂=3

There appears to be a formatting issue in the last line. This is how it looks to me.

where p, q and r are prime numbers and p &lt q < r < 5000.
