Hello, I am new to Project Euler and this forum, and I would like to make my first post to be a feedback so that it's a give-back to the community.
In the PDF overview of Problem 1, and in the line that ends with: rounded down to the nearest integer I think this should be replaced with truncated.
Because 999/5=199.8 which would become 200 when rounded to the nearest integer, whereas we want to truncate it so that it becomes 199...

You should interpret "rounded down" as being the same the same as truncated.
