RSS time wrong?

Post by stijn263 »

http://projecteuler.net/rss_display.php?id=194 says: Current date/time on server: Sat 10 May 2008 8.08 am [GMT]

But that can't be correct right? Shouldn't it be 9.08 am ?

I think it is correct. GMT in the meaning of UTC.

Ah, that makes sense. However the time I see in the upper right corner is UTC + 1, shouldn't that be either UTC or UTC+2 (the local time here)

I see my local time that I did set in my profile: "Time Zone: GMT +2".

We're in the +1 time zone, but it is also summertime so all the clocks are one further hour ahead. Unfortunately the software on PE doesn't adjust for summer/winter time.

Thanks Jaap! Don't be surprised to see me asking the same question in about six months though ;)
