New problem posting time

It's a minor annoyance, but it would be nice if the sentence "Problem ... accessible on ...[GMT]" had " in so and so hours", and maybe minutes, appended to it. The addition would have the same meaning to everyone around the globe, no GMT adjustment mental calculation necessary. I for one have no idea what my offset from GMT is at any particular time, what with the daylight saving etc.

I Agree. Also, shouldn't the new problem be accessible at 9am? or will 193 be accessible at 9am?
btw, you can check here to see how long till a new problem:

Oh, neat. In the original post I wanted to confess that I also never know whether 12pm means noon or midnight, but I thought about it and concluded that it must mean midnight, because then 11pm goes on to 12pm, instead of having a discontinuity of 12pm going on to 1pm. And I was wrong apparently! According the link above, the problem will be accessible at noon GMT. I had a suspicion that things wouldn't necessarily make sense.
Btw, I saw in another thread, "Accessibility of new problems" i think, a message from Daniel Fischer that problem 193 won't be accessible due to technical difficulties, so instead the next problem will be 194. Go figure

I believe it's the problem mentioned
here, we can't currently change the status of problem 193. Unfortunately, Colin's not here for the rescue.

At last we've found Robert's weakness! Quick, let's come up with some hideous questions to do with time zones

So it's 11am -> 12pm -> 1pm ? That doesn't make sense at all..

It does a minute later. Look at the watch at 11
59 ante meridiem. Look at the watch two minutes later, it's 12
01 post meridiem

01 post meridiem makes more sense to me.. But I don't think my reasoning will change a hundreds of years old convention

But 0001 is eleven hours and 59 minutes before noon.
