Problem 747

What constitute different ways? Consider the case of 6 pieces. Assume Mamma’s is an equilateral triangle (side = 1) with P at the center. Mamma can make cuts to x and x + ½, 0 <= x < 1/2 on each side. There will be three triangles and three quads all of equal size. But this is infinite different ways. Clearly I'm missing some condition that make these the same or not valid.
