Just to clarify - would (0,0,1) and (1,0,0) be considered two different elements?

Thanks in advance.

No, I don't think so. Were you able to reproduce the value S(45)=34518?

I googled and fixed my calculations. I got S(45)=34518

And number of points is 510.

Are there [snip] points for $radius =10^{10}$?
