On the progress page, the tooltips on the levels achieved have some spillover:

EDIT:

never mind, this was a consequence of an extension I have misbehaving.

This was very helpful, jake223, and as a result I immediately changed the way that the overviews are handled by the server. Sorry that I didn't reply to your post at the time to thank you, but I was so busy and I got completely side-tracked! So please accept my apologies and... Thank you! 8-)

I had to enter the same answer for #175 several times before the site could register it as correct.

Thanks for taking the time to report that. I notice it says, "Logged in as (blank)" and you have personally solved 1-37 (at the time of posting), but could you be more specific? Does anyone else use your machine? Was there any evidence of who that profile might belong to?

No one uses my machine but me.
I solved the first 37 problems (now, 38).
Logout then login solved the bug.

I think I might have found out what was going on and fixed it, but please let me know if you see anything similar happen again. Thanks, again.

Bug report.
After the new problem is published before next cache update the table shows insane results.
I figured it out that it shows like each user takes the same place for the new problem as for the previous problem.
Look, that it is written `Problem 440: 3rd (48 points)`, while I take the second place.

Yap, now it is fixed. But I've noticed that on the list of problems page
the number of solvers is not updated for more than 8 minutes.
AFAIR it was always up-to-date in terms of seconds before.

Why problem 447 is not counted in Eulerians table while 437 is counted?

The problem occurred due to multiple releases. However, it has been fixed now.

Confirmation Codes (the random number it shows in an image that I have to type along with my answer) no longer seem to be working. I've tried a dozen times on one particular problem (number 55), and when I press "Check", it doesn't give me the page indicating if the answer is correct or not -- it just shows another confirmation code (like it would if I'd typed in the wrong confirmation code).

I also tried the "audio" link, but the audio clip tells me a number that is entirely different from the one displayed (and typing in the one I hear from audio doesn't work either).

As a test, I went to some other problems and tried putting in a guess, along with the confirmation code shown, and it does the same thing -- it just resets the confirmation code instead of showing me a page with a big red X.

I've tried it with Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer, and I've tried clearing my browser history. Nothing helps.

It was working earlier this evening (when I submitted the answer to problem 54, about an hour and 25 minutes ago).

I'm having the same trouble as erickj00001 but with the latest problem. (Tried another computer too, but login / logout isn't working quite right either)

I'm also having this problem. When I submit an answer, instead of getting a success or failure, it refreshes the page like it does when the confirmation code is incorrect.

I cannot submit the answer for problem 448. I cannot logout or login in web browsers, either.

Hi,

I too am unable to login. After entering correct username/password, it gets redirected to 'problems' without logging in.
If either the name or passwd is entered wrong, it stays in the login page.

I tried it in firefox and chrome.

Thanks.

Sorry about the problems. It seems to be related to session variables not being able to be set. I have added a notice to the main website and I am currently looking into fixing the problem.
