Re: Errors/Warnings/Bugs
Thanks. Edited it.
However, in my browser there weren't any problems.
Next time when you want to report something please give details about the browser etc.

Re: Errors/Warnings/Bugs
With the new "competed on" tracking, in the problems page I see the completed on being shown as per user timezone while the "Published on" seems to be per server (or UTC) timezone. Can these both be displayed in the same timezone?

Thanks, sivakd. Problem fixed.sivakd wrote:Edit or Quote a post in the private forums is not showing the original post.
I've changed the "published on" messages to appear in each member's own timezone. I just hope it doesn't cause confusion.

The website says that 0 people have solved Problem 39. I know this is a bug, because I have solved it.

Re: Errors/Warnings/Bugs
Perhaps on a (slightly) related note, when I try to 'view the details of unsolved problems on one page', it displays all problems; conversely, it displays none when trying to view all solved problems. (When viewing them in the standard list split over pages, it works as it should - including saying I have solved #39).WP_ wrote:The website says that 0 people have solved Problem 39. Obviously not a very big deal at all (only saw it as I opened the page before the maintenance - when it worked fine - and noticed it when I refreshed), but just thought I'd mention it, in case it is happening for others. The same thing happens in a few different browsers.
PS: Thanks for the great site.

Another small bug in the displayed percentage...
Nice work, WP, you've just advanced to Level 2.

One more: If you visit http://projecteuler.net/problems;page=9 without a login session, in the past it used to show the problems (but some info was displayed only with a login). Now, it just shows the first problem of the page and that too blank.

Thank you everyone for reporting those nasty bugs. All those mentioned have been squished.

Re: Errors/Warnings/Bugs
If you go to http://projecteuler.net/thread=1;page=8#last (the last page for problem 1) the page hangs completely (tested in Google Chrome). I suspect a javascript that never ends.

Re: Errors/Warnings/Bugs
Thank you for reporting that. I was able to identify the problem as a fragment of code in one of the posts which was causing the syntax highlighter we use (highlight.js) to encounter parsing issues with Chrome/IE, but not Firefox. To test this out I isolated the fragment of code on a separate page and it caused exactly the same problem. I've temporarily disabled syntax highlighting in the particular post and I've reported the issue to the developers.

Re: Errors/Warnings/Bugs
There is a small bug on the "minimal" page (http://projecteuler.net/minimal=problems).
Here's a screenshot of the very bottom:
When I took this screenshot, no one had solved problem nr. 409. So the "solved by" flag should be "0". But it's empty.

@SoboLAN: Good spot, and thanks for reporting it. Fixed.
@Ytrog: The developer was very helpful in identifying and fixing the problem, so everything should be working fine again.

Hi,
I have recently updated my country but my name is still not showing in Statistics->Country. Is the update button not updating the new DB?

kmchau shows up at place 143 for Hong Kong.
So what's the problem?

Got this on forum when trying to look at memberlist.Multiple Choices
The document name you requested (/memberlist.php&first_char=a) could not be found on this server. However, we found documents with names similar to the one you requested.
Available documents:
/memberlist.php (common basename)
Please consider informing the owner of the referring page about the broken link.

Re: Errors/Warnings/Bugs
I did a search and it seems that this is an unresolved problem from Jan 2012! Anyway if the board developers can't fix it properly then I've provided a crude fix which does the job for us.
