For the last several minutes, "Problems" has been unavailable. For a while, I thought it was site traffic (maybe it still is), then I got:

I've also been trying to view problem 365 for the past 25 minutes with no luck.

I just tried to log in to project euler, and I got the following message. I know I used the correct password... here is the message:

I opened a new message, but i now found all problems go in this sticky so I will repeat it here:

I submitted an answer to problem 243 with user manuel_chile.
After a long wait it imed out.
After that the whole site was nor working for a few minutes,
When it came back up, i can log in but if i try to access problems or progress I receive

Not sure if it's the right topic, but the time zone drop-downs are out of date (both on the main site and forums). For example, Moscow is GMT+4, etc.

I am wondering if there is a bug in giving kudos. I just gave a kudos to the first post for problem 369 and both before and after I gave, the number of kudos remained 1. Shouldn't the number be cumulative of all the kudos?

I'd often looked through the threads and thought to myself that everyone was being really mean in giving kudos, especially given the high quality and usefulness of so many posts. It seems that there was a bug! Of all the kudos given up to now the DB was only "remembering" the most recent member who awarded kudos.

However, the bug is not new and has been there since the inception of the kudos system. I cannot believe it's taken so long for someone to spot there was a bug?! Anyway, it's fixed now and we should start to see kudos counts going up.

in the problem 25 description says: What is the first term in the Fibonacci sequence to contain 1000 digits?

English is not my native language, but I understood to give the term itself, not the term number, which was incorrect. Maybe you could rephrase?

I spoted a minor mistake on the page.
On the Problems page if the problems are sorted by the number of people, that have solved the problem, the titles on links to last and first post of the forum of corresponding problems are wrong.

example: <a href="thread=1" title="Go to first post for problem 382">

Everything else works fine, it's just that it's an interesting mistake, so I thought I'd bring it to your attention.

For the last few months, it seems that whenever a new problem comes out, the web site goes down and is completely inaccessible for hours. Are there really that many users waiting to load the new problem that the site can't handle it?

When this happens, it seems to go in 3 phases with different types of errors:
1) Requests time out and never get a response.
2) Requests start generating "500" errors.
3) Could not connect to MySQL.

I dont know where to post this because it actually isn't an error or bug, anyways here it is.
Whenever i post messages on a problem's thread, i copy-paste my Python code in the text box. But if my Python code contains tabs ( almost always ) , it leaves 8 spaces which makes reading code uncomfortable. But the same code on my editor has 4 spaces.
So is the problem on my browser or website related. Whichever it is , how do i solve it?

I'm a new member and I'm having trouble just registering for Project Euler. I've set up my email and password but i've gotten no email for two days now. I've clicked resend a couple of times and still nothing. Has this happened before?

"Remember me on this computer" doesn't seem to work. Initially I thought it remembered for a day or something, but it's of too little use, so I tried to look on the cookie. Apparently I found out that the cookie storing the session expires at the end of the session (until I close my browser). Can this be fixed? Additionally, perhaps tell how long we would be "remembered"?

The session variable, which will be listed under your cookies and keeps you logged in whilst using the website, will last for the length of the session; that is, it will be destroyed when you close the browser. However, if you use the remember me feature then a cookie is created which will automatically log you in next time you visit and that cookie should last for 30 days. Are you sure you're not blocking cookies? What platform/browser are you using? Where are you visiting from: work, home, public place?

"Remember Me" feature works as long as you use the same public IP address.

Before publishing a problem, I suggest also validating the HTML code that it contains.

In the last problem (nr. 404), the last tag should be a paragraph close tag (</p>). There's a typo there, which causes the page to render incorrectly.
