[python] hashes for use in solutions

Here's an interesting article that touches on how some Project Euler problems might be solved:

In nearly every other language you can rely on switch case, but in python you have to rely on hashes. (Some think that's better, some think that's worse, but it's one reason why someone coding more than about 3 if/elif/else statements might be labelling himself as a beginner.)
